Delivery delay
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the time the order is placed and payment accepted.

Order receipt times
To receive orders, allow 2 to 10 business days for orders in Quebec and 4 to 20 business days for orders outside Quebec. These delivery times are approximate and do not constitute a formal commitment. For reasons beyond our control, additional delivery times may apply. These delays cannot give rise to damages on our part.

Local picking
It is possible to pick up your order in Montreal. Please choose the "local pickup" option when ordering and you will receive an email to schedule an appointment.

US and International Shipping
For international orders, taxes, customs fees or other additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return and Refund Policy

No exchanges or refunds are accepted on custom orders, posters and digital products. Custom orders, digital products and posters are final sales.

Returns or exchanges on greeting cards, ceramics, or other pre-specified products are possible within 7 days of receipt of the item only. Products must be returned in their original condition.

Merchandise return procedure
1. Before returning your order, please make sure the products are in their original condition.

4. The customer will be refunded for the product value once the goods are received in their original condition.

It is recommended that packages be returned via a company with a tracking number and that they be insured for the total amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages. We have the right to refuse to refund returned merchandise if it does not meet the requirements of our returns policy.

Defective or damaged products
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. Please attach a photo of the damaged product to your message. We will carry out an exchange and/or refund according to the agreement made with you.
